The Waterfront development is an expansive undertaking that was designed and executed to flawlessly bring together office, residential, retail and restaurant users while providing a dynamic urban destination for visitors and site-users alike.
- The Waterfront is the northernmost twenty-six acres (thirteen acres on either side of the Tilghman Street Bridge) of the one hundred acre Riverside Development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. While it only comprises a portion of the area, it will serve as the catalyst for brand new development while bringing to life the surrounding neighborhoods.
- The Waterfront is expected to take approximately eight years to complete, though this is subject entirely to market demands.
- Phase I (south of the Tilghman Street Bridge) of the project will include three office buildings (560 Waterfront Drive, 615 Waterfront Drive and 645 Waterfront Drive) as well one residential complex (630 Waterfront Drive) and two parking decks.
- Phase II (north of the Tilghman Street Bridge) of the project will include three office buildings (715 Waterfront Drive, 745 Waterfront Drive and 815 Waterfront Drive), two residential complexes (730 Waterfront Drive and 830 Waterfront Drive) and one parking deck.
