At its completion, The Waterfront will introduce an anticipated 689,998 square feet of brand new Class A office space along it’s half-mile of Lehigh River frontage. Architects will be combining a mix of metal, glass, and masonry in order to introduce a unique modern style to the Lehigh Valley while playing off the site’s industrial heritage and serene water frontage.

615 Waterfront Drive, an eight-story building nestled against the campus’ river walk, will be the first of nine buildings to be constructed as part of The Waterfront’s campus.
645 Waterfront Drive will be the second office and retail building to be constructed at The Waterfront and will offer many of the same advantages as its sister building, 615 Waterfront Drive.
715 Waterfront Drive will be the first building constructed in Phase II of The Waterfront development. Located along the River Walk, 715 will offer great views of both the Lehigh River and Waterfront Drive.
745 Waterfront Drive will offer four stories of new office and retail space flanked on either side by a shared patio with its sister building, 715 Waterfront Drive, and Furnace Street Plaza.
815 Waterfront Drive will be the last mixed-use office and retail building constructed on site, offering an additional nine floors of new space directly adjacent to both Furnace Street Plaza and the River Walk.
