645 Waterfront Drive, sister building to 615 Waterfront Drive, was designed by a team of highly skilled architects and engineers to effectively introduce a luxurious and classic style of architecture to the banks of the Lehigh River. Through the combination of granite, masonry, and stone, 645 Waterfront Drive will rise from the banks of the Lehigh with first floor retail and restaurant space and five levels of Class A Office. The two-story lobbies will be decorated with the highest quality finishes and outfitted with a unique water feature to callback to the nature of the development. A main grand stair will offer direct access to second-floor tenants while offering fantastic perspectives of the Lehigh River beyond.
645 Waterfront Drive is one of three office buildings to be completed in Phase I of the project (along with 615 Waterfront Drive and 560 Waterfront Drive.)
