Get to Know the Riverside District
The Waterfront is the only multi-use campus in the Lehigh Valley that provides panoramic water views and direct access to the Lehigh River. Nestled alongside the western bank of the river, the $425 million development consists of 26 acres of mixed-use space comprised of state-of-the-art office buildings, luxurious residences, along with a lively new restaurant and retail district. The Waterfront will be the Lehigh Valley’s prime destination for open space plazas brimming with events and a vibrant walking and riding path along the river.
This new riverside district is located within Allentown’s “Neighborhood improvement Zone”, otherwise known as the “NIZ”, which allows site developers to offer the highest quality space at reduced lease rates. For more information on the NIZ, visit here.
The Waterfront master plan was designed by Cope Linder Architects with the goal of creating synergies between the project’s numerous uses while offering tenants, residents, and visitors an entirely new lifestyle experience.

The Waterfront is conveniently located minutes away from the Lehigh Valley’s major highways and attractions.
